a word a week … two

twoThe remarkable “twins” … craning my neck to see their radiance against the blue skies and seething sun was for the first time a privilege rather than a sacrifice. ย It was a surreal moment just being there and taking the pleasure of seeing history when once these twin towers set a record of being the tallest edifices in the world.

I randomly played with the idea that they seemed to be “lovers” bridged together … when two people become one, connected and united. Its simply me … my romantic notions going awry ๐Ÿ™‚ ย always, my twosome thought of Bob and me …

      1. April,

You have no idea how happy I am to hear you and your family are well! It is truly a relief to hear your reply! I have been watching and listening to the updates of the situation there, and it is heart wrenching. I have a group of neighbors and their friends here who are putting together food, clothing and etc. They have family throughout the islands. We are trying to get information on where to send relief.

I also have friends who are researchers. They were in Tacloban. We have no word of their well being.

        With love and hugs,
