weekly photo challenge: from above

from above_2

I remember this very moment as I stepped out of the car to take this photo of the shores of Pannzian, a northern province in the Ilocos region of the islands.  It was one crisp early morning when we were atop a lookout and I just couldn’t help but take in the view with so much awe because of the beauty that unfolded before me.

One could see the whitecaps ebbing on the shore as if kissing the sands and saying “Good Morning!”  It is a tranquil scenery of God’s creation that is a free gift for those who take in a moment to appreciate and dwell to thank HIM for it.

From above, I felt blessed with such majesty of landscape reflecting the beauty of God’s love.

… share a picture which means FROM ABOVE to you!

    1. hi Mel, that is awesome … i am sure you will have a great time exploring our northern regions. i am so excited for your group … october is a good time to go, not too many people on the road. we had ours the same time, although waves in Maira-ira (Blue Lagoon) were big at that time. we have not gone to Adams, would love to go some time soon, its farther off nearing Claveria. mountains are cooler than Baguio. there was little almost no info at that time about Adams, but i am sure there will be a lot today, worth a try … i know its your first time to go North, it might just as well that you go through the usual, and please do not miss out on the Kapurpurawan Rock Formation, we did and up until today i am so sorry that we didn’t go there 🙂

so sorry for babbling away, i am just so excited for you and your wife and friends!

      hi to your wife,
      April

      1. Hello,
thanks for sharing useful information about the places you visited in our country during your travels 🙂 We chose October since that is the only month that we can have a week of rest from any school-related works. I’m already excited for the planned trip. Manila-Cavite-Laguna-Tagaytay-Batangas were visited already…the ones up north are already in the list 🙂 Anyway, I know that you are enjoying and having a great time in your travels, and I personally thank you for again, sharing insights about the trip. My wife said “Hi” as well 🙂

        Good day and God bless.

        -Mel
