The industrial designs of the contemporary glass and steel pyramid together with the crane’s extending tail end gave a juxtaposed metaphor to the classical design of the Louvre.  Although different in aesthetic values, they form a beautiful blueprint of harmony which is ogled by people from all over.

    1. hi, pommepal! a very good perspective … people have had issues regarding this contemporary architecture against the classic building of the Louvre, but i guess they have come to accept that these steel pyramids are very much a significant part of the museum’s uniqueness today!
